The focus of this company’s activities has from the very outset always been the collection and ecologically sound recycling of empty ink and toner cartridges. For us, “ecologically sound” means, above all, the remanufacturing capabilities of our parent company K+U Printware GmbH or recycling by other specialist companies. “Ecologically sound” also means that non-recyclable printer cartridges and other printer consumables are not simply thermally recycled but that their constituent materials are reused by means of reprocessing into plastic granulate. The knock-on effect is that this reutilisation of raw materials makes a significant contribution to the protection of our natural resources. We use the following guiding principle to help us govern the way in which we tackle the recycling of printer cartridges:
